I have a 6 month old Windows XP, and am unable to download some older Cd's designed for 95/98 units. When I go to Help and Support, Click on Compatiblie Hardware/Software for Windows XP,the window that opens is supposed to guide me to the Wizard; but instead, the page that comes up is: Windows Catalogue, which does not have the info that I need. I do not know why this page comes up. I have accessed The Wizard before, but am unable to do so now. Any help, and guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, I am fynfelo

Hi fynfelo,

When I follow the steps you outlined, I also end up in
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/catalog/

Maybe you meant compatibility with windows 95, windows 98 and so on.
If so, right-click on the program's icon, choose properties, go to the
compatibility tab and select the compatibility mode.
If I misunderstood you, I'm sorry.

Good luck
