Hi,

Ok I've had my computer for like 2 or 3 years now and about a year ago i started getting this problem more and more, the computer would just shut down and them reboot out of the blue, i would be playing a game like Unreal or useing photoshop and then bam shut down. Ater, it would reboot i would send the error to microsoft and i would get this "A device driver installed on your system caused the problem, but we cannot determine the precise cause." the thing is that is only started about a year ago. I reformated my computer and that hasn't helped. I need help

I had a similar problem a while ago. I had a lot of trouble figuring it out. It turned out that one of my Ram chips were bad. I bought a new chip and replaced one in my PC. Still had the same problem then I swapped the other one and everything worked fine. It was a pain to troubleshoot, as the computer would just randomly shut off.
