What are you doing when this occurs? Do you have the latest driver for your printer?

Tank you for answering! Yes I have spelled it the right way. The problem occours "all the time". It pops up a window with following:C:\docume~1\anders\lokala~1\temp\surfAI-1.exe and the rest of the window is black with some small white lines. Then the printer starts to behave crazy. I have had "SASSER" on my computer. Please help me to get ride of my problem!
