RE: Wireless configuration missing

I have the same problem - I have a wireless connection in the connections window, but when I open up the View Available Wireless Networks window, everything is grayed out except for the Close button, and in the adaptor properties, the Wireless Connections tab is missing; all I have are the General and Advanced tabs. I've tried three different wireless adaptors and all of them have the same problem. The adaptors work on -other- computers, so I know it's Windows and not the drivers.

Any ideas, anyone?
