Hi,

Open regedit (start > run > regedit)
browse to this key
HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Usb

create a new value:
Name of the Value: DisableSelectiveSuspend
Data type: REG_DWORD
Decimal
Value: 1
