I still have this problem.

The problem also occurs with other file types such as text documents.
I have compared the registry settings for the Word doc file open
against another PC and they are the same.

Today I noticed someone else had this problem a while back (there was
a post in microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support), but there was
no response.

Remove Move To from your context menu. It's wasn't designed to go there. =
It was designed as a toolbar button only.
