RE: Problem Switching Identities After Accessing Address Book |

When I switch Identies in Outlook Express the program is dropped from my desktop. The new indenty does not appear, nor can I restart outlook express through the desktop icon. the program does not apear to be running. It does not appear on the task bar along with other running programs. The only way to get back to it at this piont is to restart the computer.
Can anyone help?
