Printer Epson C42UX----Spooler Sub -System App has encountered a problem & needs to close. p
further message --TO install printer etc etc---" Epson ready"
next mesage Printer Properties --- Print spooler service is not running
I am not an expert so I would like to know how I can resume printing

Hi,
Go to Start > Run and type
net start spooler
If this doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers
according to the instructions in this page:
