Vic, you can't selectively delete restore points. Each restore point is not
a complete set - the most recent is chained to the one before it and that's
chained to the one before and so on.
What you can do is use Disk Cleanup. One of the "More..." Options is to
delete all but the most recent restore point. Using this options gathers up
all of the bits in the various restore points and condenses them into a
one.
