Hi,

No, you cannot delete a certain restore point. You can delete all but
the most recent one using Start > run > cleanmgr.exe

Or you can allocate space to System Restore:right-clicking My computer
the slider, which could delete some old restore points, which ones,
however, one cannot say.

‘Officially’, I think you can only drop all (disable sys. restore) or keep all.
But, most likely, XP keeps ‘restores’ as compressed files (one file per restore point).
So, theoretically, you could just go and delete the corresponding file manually…
Just speculating…

I agree - wondered if there was an "official" way but I see that there is
not. I'll have to try booting to DOS and see what the files look like.
