Remote Desktop Connection

I have 4 computer at home. Three running xp and the
fourth wndow me. They all have the XP home edition
remote desktop, but, I cannot get them to communicate
with each other. Must I have the one I want to connect
to on XP Pro, or is there a way around this? Please
answer by email
