This is a plain text group (as are *all* MS newsgroups) and it's in your own
best interests to play by the rules.
1) Most servers will strip attachments from places they don't belong
(such as here) so you are cutting down your audience - and, therefore, your
potential - help considerably.
2) In the 162K you selfishly took with your post, another 162, or, 81,
messages could have been posted and the equivalent number of people been
assisted.
3) Please repost, *without* the attachment, describing the issue in the
body of your post. If you cannot describe without the attachment, then I
suggest you upload it to some webspace somewhere and post the URL. Then, if
people wish, they can click the link.
4) I don't really understand your problem anyway. You say your thumbnails
aren't in Chinese - well if that isn't Chinese, then I don't know what it
is!
