help i reinstalled my word and everytime i open it , it requires me to reenter the 25 digit authentication code then after it tells me that i can not open files nor create new ones i have a paper due tomorrow and cannot access my info help!!

Hi Winnie,
Try opening it in safe mode.
Go to Start > Run and type:
winword.exe /a (press enter) (Note the space between the e and the
forward slash)
