Spam? or do you mean pop ups?
For pop ups try Spybot search and destroy, which is free or adware6.
Clean out your temp internet files and cookies ( click tools in internet
explorer, then internet options)

internet explorer. I have the right setting for the internet to prevent
getting spamed and also have the google spam blocker. My problem is that I
keep getting spamed and I can't shut down the windows. It keeps crashing my
internet service and stalling out my computer. I have no virus that can be
detected by two different programs. McAfee and another.... can anyone help
me, or give me some suggestions?
