Remote assistance

Please help!! When I go to remote assistance and then "invite someone to help" I get the following error. YOUR CURRENT SYSTEM SETTINGS PREVENT YOU FROM SENDING AN INVITATION. Any help on this would be much appreciated. I have been trying to get this to work for a week now. Please help!!! John.
