If you can find no way of editing the registry outside Windows, try
using the recovery console and employing the following command
copy C:\Windows\System32\userinit.exe
C:\Windows\system32\wsaupdater.exe
(this is one line separated by a space, supposing windows is installed
in C: and this was caused by blazefind)
