I forgot to add(in case you didn't know)...If you do get a vertical arrow at
the bottom, hold down the left mouse button, and drag task bar back
up...then, right click on the task bar, and check "Lock the taskbar"...all
this assuming that this is what is wrong. Let us know.

No, thats not whats wrong. For some reason after a while, it came back. BUT, when I shut down or restart my computer its gone again. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!
