Hi,
Go to Device manager, uninstall the keyboard driver, reboot and let
windows install the driver.

Hi,
Can you boot in safe mode by pressing F8 during boot?
If so, try to do a system restore to before the problem appeared.
Are the keyboard cables OK and plugged correctly?
If you have a spare keyboard, try swapping it and seeing if it works
with the other one.

disabled.
