This problem has been reported several times with no known fix as yet. Most
people are using 'classic view'.
whatsoever, beside the one embedded in Eudora's system. Thanks for the info
though.
has been going on for a while or just started, I rarely goes to the Control
Panel.
Category View. Then when I click anything, it will just display the first page
of that thing (e.g. I click on the "Printer and other stuff" icon) in Category
view and nothing happen. The left column, the back & forward button on top
doesn't show. Then the icon on the upper top left will change to that
rectangle of blue and white and immediately will change to light color and
will show "Control Panel (Not Responding)". If I click the red X on the upper
top right, the Control Panel will close but my menu bar (where the start
button is, on the bottom of the screen) will disappear and then come back on
after about 30 seconds. Everything stays the same beside the Control Panel
that has been closed.
can I know what cause this stupid thing to the control panel? Any info is
greatly appreciated. I formatted the computer too many times already (since 3
years ago) and I don't want to have to format again because I have to call MS
to activate the Window and they gave me a hard time on registering it (too
many questions asked).
