Problems when I reboot my xp Pro Machine

message from =?Utf-8?B?Q3V6aW5icnVjaWU=?= on 6 Jun 2004
I just did a clean reinstall on a new hard drive. Before I replaced the drive I was getting the message that my video driver would not load. This was constant and I was having no success in reinstalling on this hard drive. The new hard drive loaded smoothly however when I reboot on occasion the system will not load after the splash screen comes up and shuts down. If I disconnect the power cord and reboot the bootup will recycle twice on bios then reboot normally.

Sounds like a hardware error. My guesses would be motherboard, power supply,
or memory. Or at least that's where I'd start looking.

Why did you replace the hard drive, by the way?
