Printing Problem

I just found another piece of information about my problem, the only folders
affected in my account by this is the default imgaes (pictures) folder, as well
as the My documents and all their sub-folders.

I ihad pictures which were not located in either of those folders and the print
wizard worked but in the tohers mentionned folders it start MS PhotoEd
