Help. I am trying to open a PDF file in Explorer (Windows XP). When I attempted to download Adobe Acrobat, I got the message " Adobe Download Mgr: downlowad cannot continue. Error parsing voucher." What can I do now?

Ask the folks at Adobe - it's a problem at their end.

Hi Rosie,
Try cleaning your temporary internet folders, cookies and history,
Then go here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
You could also try downloading it without using the Adobe download
manager, which appears to be causing the problem.
