Outlook will not allow me to open attachments "OE has
removed access to the following unsafe attachment in my
mail". I know that it is safe.

Hi

Tools>Options>Security - uncheck 'Do not allow attachments to be saved...'.
If you do uncheck this option please virus-check all attachments before
opening them.
