Nedd help, LSASS

Hi.
For accident a user deleted some files which started with lsass--- and now my Windows XP Pro can't start.. it only shows the cursor but there's no image( desktop ) at all.
What can i do?.. please, help me, i need to save some files that i've in my HDD, but i can't get to Xp.
