New XP user - Upset about change in 'Document' menu option |

In Windows 2K, the 'Documents' menu item would show such things as
downloaded ZIP files, etc. The XP Documents menu item does not. Is there
any way to show recently downloaded non-documents in this list? It was so
convienient to be able to downlaod something, then immediately go to the
Documents menu and open or inspect it. Now I have to openthe Explorer and
navigate to the sub-folder first...

Which "XP Documents" menu option are you talking about?

Hi
try this
right mouse button on task bar
properties
click on start menu
and select classic menu.
this will change it back to the old windows 2000 style, hopefully may even sort out the recent files folder.
