No Sound Recorder |
| message from Rich on 1 Jun 2004 |
Hi all
I have no sound recorder on my Windows XP professional system, I have tried
to find it on the Install Windows components, but I dont seem to have a
Multimedia section on the Windows Install menu.
Cheers

You'll find it in entertainment section, above tools. However the recorder isnt
much of a utility, download the encoder from windows media, scroll from WMP9
Series to the encoder.

Thanks for that, but you misunderstand. It is not on the Start menu anywhere
as it isnt installed and there is no option under add windows components. I
have checked under all of the options.
I am aware that it isnt a great util, but now it is annoying me that it isnt
available for some bizarre reason
Cheers
