No Internet connection in Guest Account

Logged in as administrator I have full broadband access to the internet. I have set up a Guest Account for others to use but it will not connect to the net. It keeps saying I need to be an administrator to change the settings. How can I set the guest account to connect the same as the administrator?? HELP??

Hi Cuchi,

By design, guest accounts cannot initiate internet access, but they
can use a connection that has already been made:
