No access

i have a problem.. when i try to enter a directory in win xp i get a box "no access" i cant delete it either, this is happening to atleast 10 directorys.. whats wrong here?

i moved the dokuments from the directory "dokuments" to "printed dokuments" in this burned movies directory its happening, in the movies dir its working fine... cant move em back either "no access"
