Norton Antivirus Live Update does not work anymore since getting Windows Updates |

Hi
Does anyone know why my Live Update will not work since I started receiving Windows Updates (about one month now).

This is what it says

1. You're not connected to the internet: open a browser and see if you can
access a web page. Make sure it's a page that has current content on so that
you know your browser is not simply getting it from a cache (try
www.bbc.co.uk/news
2. You're using a Firewall (either XP's own firewall, or ZoneAlarm etc) and
you've not given permission for LiveUpdate to access the internet. It's
quite easy in Zone Alarm for instance to tick the remember the answer box
and then accidentally click NO. Zone Alarm won't ask you again it will just
deny access. If it's Zone Alarm you're using then open Zone Alarm, go to the
Programs page and see what entries are against LiveUpdate. Red crosses mean
access is forbidden - you can click on the cross and change it to one of the
other settings. Green ticks mean access is granted. And blue question marks
means "ask me each time".
