Msdart.dll & GetIUMS@4

I install Visual Basic Professional in English, in XP pro in Spanish.

When I try to uninstall the process fail, and a windows alert say that: "I don't find setup.stf"

I try to re-install, but at the end of the process a windows alert message say somethig abaout msdart.dll and GetIUMS@4 and another window alert say "oledb.dll don't registred"

I try to install Service Pack, I try to installa Visual Studio in spanish, but unfortunally nothing happen, the problem continue.

And the right-click mouse is very slowly in some files, and double-click with Excel-word- etc.. files is very very slowly

Can you help me?

I try to install mdac 2.8, but install program say "Can't install mdac 2.8" at the end.
