Microsoft office won't open |
| message from =?Utf-8?B?dmlkZW9ib2I=?= on 31 May 2004 |
My new computer says my product code is invalid for bundled software in my new computer. Do I have to reinstall my application & support disk?? If I do, do I lose my AOL account and other drivers I have installed?

Your MS Office was a 60 day timed trial package and will not
activate/operate after the trial period. You must purchase the product in
order to use it now.

If its a new computer, what you need to do is call whoever you bought the
computer from and have them sort it out.
But before you do that, are you sure you're using the right code? There are
different codes for different products, so if you're entering the Windows XP
code for Office, it's not going to work.
