Microsoft Product Support Services UK

Can anybody give me a phone number for "Microsoft Product
Support Services" in the UK??

I keep getting issues where the website says
contact "Microsoft Product Support Services" in order to
obtain a fix for this issue. The company I work for is
has a microsoft campus agreement but I have unsuccessfully
phoned microsoft a few times now and their website is not
clear enough. Thanks
