Microsoft Mech warrior 4 will not load. |

Hey all
I am having a problem with XP-Pro, and also the tech support for XP. I have installed Mech warrior 4 the 1st one and it will not load. Tech support cannot find out why. I have all updated drivers, SP.s, and it will not load. The kids are not happy about this. THat is 3 games that will not load.
HELP PLEASE!!!

some games need to be configured to your graphics hardware before they can
be played. what are the system requirements needed for the game the play?
try updating graphics drivers or DirectX
