MSN game errors

I have been looking for tech support online from MSN for 2 days and can't find squat. I purchased "Wheel of Fortune" deluxe download for my computer . It installs, I got the "key" code to "Unlock" the system. The "unlock" was successful but when I go to open the game online or offline the window comes up with "Action Cancelled" at the topf the page with instructions on how to correct the problem. The "Problem" is NOTHING works to correcct it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice after the "Problem" was supposedly "FIXED" Can someone PLEASE help me????? I do have some kind of Norton anti-virus and security programs installed but I don't kniw whether the secuirty system is blocking the game or not. I can't find anythung on my computer to indicate that the Wheel of Fortune program is being blocked by the Norton security system.

Hi,

Could you give me the exact error as well as trying the following.

i'm assuming your tcp/ip is okay as you were able to download it in the first place.
try disabling your anti virus software as well as any software ie norton internet security.

then try running the program.
sometimes programs may need to make a network connection back to themselves and certain firewall/security programs think your being hacked and block it.
