Messenger Screen Bug?

message from Patrick on 6 Jun 2004
Everytime I connect to the internet (with all messengers
closed) there will pop-up on my screen telling me to buy
somethings or upgrade your OS and the windows label is
Messenger. What the heck! Now I uninstalled all
messengers and it still pop-up!
