Main HDD Pasword???? HELP PLEASE!

Hey..I have a major problem. I currently have a laptop with a 60 GIG Toshiba Hard drive..kept locking up.. rebooted continuously until last time it asked for a Main HDD password?? how do i unlock my hard drive??? I dunno what the password is and didn't know i put one on it..tried atapwd.exe as well..doesn't work..can anybody help??
