Why once I've identified the hotfix I need can't there be a simple download link. Can anyone find a download link for KB841559 without spending $35.00 or more to appease his eminence uncle Bill.

if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a specific update will
resolve your problem".
Contact Microsoft to obtain the fix, the only way to get it.
