Incorrect Color Output

The color blue is incorrectly rendered when I print, regardless of the
application (graphics, wordprocessor, web page, etc.). I have two computers
connected to the same monitor and printer. Since I am only having this
problem with one computer I don't believe this is a monitor, printer or
application calibration issue. Is there an operating system utility that
will allow me to adjust color output in Windows?
