I can't delete a file!!! |

i downloaded a video file and now i want to delete it!
BUT it says another program is using the file (which is not true)
i tried restarting the computer and it still doesn't work!!!
i can't delete the file, what do i do??? is it a virus (mcafee didn't notice it in the virus scan)??
HELP!!!!!

Try moving the file to desktop then erasing it.

Or maybe renaming the file extension E.G. Movie.avi/mpg/mpeg/mov to
movie.txt then try deleting it?

Try to delete it in safe mode (Hit the F8 key when Windows starts to
load).
