Help with Memory

Memory address line failure at 375E0000, read 5E5E5E5E expecting A1A1A1A1
Decreasing available memory
The amount of system memory has changed.

Any ideas on whats going on here? This keeps coming up every time I restart but with different codes. Using windows XP Pro. I'm thinking my motherboard or bios is ready for an overhaul? Any help would be grateful.
