Error loading ISP disk

A few days ago my computer (Dell Inspiron 8000 laptop with Windows XP Professional) started restarting automatically--the only way to get it to stop was to turn it off completely. I did ChkDisk and defragment, and finally reloaded Windows XP. I then needed to reload my ISP CD--BellSouth.net.

When I try to load the CD for accessing email, Internet through BellSouth.net, I get an error stating "Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key ras_name.Windows_XP".

What should I do next?
