Whenever my desktop is open (always) I get an eror message in a blue box. The message says, OPXPA-exe-Application Error. Beneath that is a read circle with an "x" in it and next to that it says "The application failed to inotoalize properly (Oxc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application". When I click on OK, the error message disappears temporarily, but it ALWAYS returns. Can someone please advise me as to how to get rid of that eror message?? Thanks.
