Dial up credentials not found and Windows XP

message from =?Utf-8?B?YmVycnljdXRlMw==?= on 12 Jun 2004
Recently I have received this error message "Dial up credentials are not found" and when I go to sign into the internet my dial up properties are deleted. Of course this happened after I updated the database for Zonelab's Zone Alarm Firewall. Scanned for viruses and there were none found. I can get back on the internet if I re install MSN in Windows XP but as soon as I disconnect and try to log back on the dial up properties are gone and have to re-do it all again. I have all the updated patches also. What could be causing this to happen is it something in Windows XP possibly or the firewall. I have used the same firewall program for over 6 months and all of a sudden when I updated the database for the program this started to happen. Any answers would be helpful. Thanks, Frusterated.
