Disable Language Conversion Tool

this issue is caused due to the language conversion tool that is installed along with the fonts. To resolve the issue, please disable this feature. For instructions, please contact your System Vendor or computer manufacturer or Microsoft at the following link:

http://support.microsoft.com

...of course it makes no sense to me and I can't find anyone else who understands !!
