Dual Boot Windows NT

I'm converting an old server to a work station, the system currently is running windows NT4.0 Server.
I would like to continue running NT, but also would like to install XP.
Does anyone know if there is a possibility to have a dual boot between XP and NT 4.0 Server.
Or do I need to eliminate NT.
