Disk Cleanup

message from Moir on 9 Jun 2004
I upgrade to Win XP Home over Win98SE.

When I do a MS Disk Cleanup (thru system tools) it shows "Backup Files for
Previous Operating System" of 219,957k PLUS Windows 98/ME Installations
files of 4187KB. I have not checked the boxes thus not deleting these files.

Can I safely delete these files?

TIA
Geoff

If anything goes wrong with Windows XP you cam uninstall
it and go back to Windows Me. If everything is working
fine and your happy with XP then you can delete the
backup.

shows "Backup Files for
98/ME Installations
deleting these files.
