Can you set MSIE's default picture saving path? |

When ever i start MSIE anew, ie after a reboot or when i switch on the
machine, and wish to save a picture, it always resets the path to "My
Pictures" - is there anyway to get it to STOP doing this?
Preferably to remember the old position, or perhaps to remember another
path?
I KNOW you can move "my pictures" but i don't wish to do that since such
a drawer isn't a "real" drawer but has a lot of extra properties.
