CNN web won't open

I have a Pentium 3 with 265 mb Ram and using xp.

When I open esignal (a real time data program)and minimize to the background
and the try to open CNN it will not complete. I believe I have another web
site that behaves the same way. Most other web sites work fine

If I do not have esignal working CNN will open.

I need idea's as to why this happens and what I can do to correct it. I am
not sure I am in the right news group either
