Computer wont start up

OK When I start up my other computer it goes to the Windows load screen but right after that a blue screen comes up for a half second and the comp. just restarts. Why is it doing this, and how can i fix it?

Have you tried starting in safe mode? Good Luck - hope you can find an alternate solution
