When I turn on the computer, after I put my adm password the screen goes blue and the computer restarts, it just crashes. Any help?
I use a Inspiron 5100 Laptop by Dell; P4 2.4, 512 MB Ram, 30GB HD, 32 MB Ati Video Card.

see if you can get into safe mode, control panel user
accounts, maybe you can change something there. also run
virus scan, defrag, and chkdisk. if not use your windows
disk to boot up. sounds like a trojan or worm.
the screen goes blue and the computer restarts, it just
crashes. Any help?
Ram, 30GB HD, 32 MB Ati Video Card.
